Established in 2001, the
Upper Tanana Inter-tribal Coalition (UTIC)
represents a collective economic development effort involving each of the six IRA Federally Recognized Tribes and each of the six Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act (ANCSA) Village Corporations in the Upper Tanana River region of Alaska,
